The Federation has been playing an effective role in helping to resolve the issues faced by the
member colleges in constant liaison with the Government and affiliating Universities. It has effectively
communicated views with Government, U.G.C, Universities, Commissions and other agencies on various
policies/issues/problems pertaining to higher education and especially on issues faced by Muslim
Minority institutions. It has fought several legal battles also on issues of minority rights in education.
